Half Day Fused Glass Lantern Workshop

Come and make a beautiful  lantern to display indoors or outdoors.  Learn how to design, cut glass and assemble your design.  2 panels in fused glass will be made to replace the original panels in the lantern. You will be taught how to cut glass, use frits, stringers and glass line glass paint to add pattern and detail to your design. The lantern is 28cms tall. Your lantern panels will be fired in the kiln and put in your lantern  frame ready to collect  7 - 10 days later. Price includes the lantern and refreshments. Closed shoes/ trainers must be worn at all times for health and safety. There will be lots of examples available for ideas or some clients choose to bring design ideas (photos on phones or drawn out) Pinterest and Google is a good place to look for inspiration!
