Fused Glass Beach Huts Wave or picture

This workshop is suitable for adults or children over 14 years. This is a glass cutting workshop.

 During a 2 and a half hour workshop you will be shown the basics of fused glass. It is a hands on workshop with no experience necessary. 

Learn how to design and make in fused glass a   25 x  12 cms beach hut scene that can be made into a a self standing serpentine wave or left as a panel that could be hung in a window or mounted on a box frame. 

Using some stunning streaky blue glass as your base you will learn to design, cut and make up to 7 beach huts and build your beach scene using frits ( like glass glitter), pieces of glass and glass enamels. There will be examples to help you plan your design. Your finished glass piece will then be fired. Your finished piece will be ready to collect 7 - 10 days later.
